I went to ring master in Cardiff earlier today with my mam as soon as we walked through the door we were welcomed straight away the man was absolutely lovely great costumer service and happy to help and answer our questions,all round great place and service will forever be our go to shop. Been there before and he remembered me and was so unbelievably kind to film a video of pads with me

Bought a pair of gloves 6 months ago and unfortunately they ripped slightly. Asked the man who works there last week if there was anything they could do and he said for me to bring them back today. So I brought them back today and he swapped them for me and let me pay the little bit extra for a nicer pair of gloves. He also threw in some deodoriser for my gloves for free. Great service and nice guy

Stumbled accross this shop by chance whilst on the way back to our car. Our 9 year old has just started boxing so it was a good job we did. We went in just to look around and the two men working there were knowledgeable and super friendly. Not pushy at all just super helpful. They allowed him to try different gloves on and took an interest in his age and size so he didn't buy gloves he wouldn't be able to use when he hits 10 years old. He even held a pad up for him to try them out. We ended up buying gloves, shorts and a vest and will definitely go back when he needs more equipment. Thanks alot!

I took my son here today for some gloves and pads. What a fantastic shop. The guy came over and was extremely helpful and NOT in the salesy pushy way. Let Co try all the different gloves on and try them out on the pads. I couldn't recommend this shop enough. Thank you

The owner of the shop was very respectful to help me choose the set of boxing gloves I need to attend my boxing sessions. Very happy with my decision as the product is of high quality, yet to see how it holds up for me the next couple months.

Went here because there is nowhere else in Cardiff to pick up some new MMA gear. Gentleman behind the counter was very accommodating and helpful. If you need some sporting attire. Ie boxing or martial arts equipment this is the place to go.

Had an issue with a pair I bought recently. The lads sorted it out + went above and beyond - also matching my brand's colours. Couldn't ask for better customer service. 10/10

I regularly go to Ringmaster Sports to buy boxing supplies. I've bought gloves, Thai shorts and a range of other things. Quality is amazing, really helped to improve my performance. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

I had ordered shorts through Amazon and I wanted to exchange them for another size. I was able to go into the store instead of having to go through Amazon which was a big help. If you are near Cardiff deliveries are quicker than advertised on storefronts like Amazon. Lots of gear in the shop and the owner was kind enough to let me try some clothing before I bought it. Items not in stock can be ordered and are delivered within a few days, I had ordered some Twins gloves that weren't in stock and they arrived within the week. All in all, customer service is excellent and the owner is enthusiastic and helpful! Will be back soon, thanks.

Owner is very respectful and will help you choose the right size if you don’t know. He will let you test before hand to see if you like it or not. All the gear is high quality and overall the experience was amazing, will buy from there again.

We popped in here as I've recently started doing pads and wanted other half to join me at home to practice. The guy was very knowledgeable and didn't try to sell us the expensive gloves as a start off. Good quality stock with wide range of prices from the start up to the experienced. Just doesn't sell gloves but all manner of stuff associated with boxing / exercising. We'll be back... just hope he's still there as the capitol shopping centre shops were virtually empty. He might fair better in one of the arcades with a little help from the council with the rates!

My son and I had a brilliant experience in Cardiff Ring Master. All the help we needed was provided and we ordered some boots in his size with the help of the shop assistant. He also personally delivered them at no extra cost. Very happy with the service.
